The drinks menu mixes Italian bottles with something local. Aranciata and limonata are the classic Italian sodas, and the house Italian soda comes in raspberry, peach, passion fruit, vanilla and rose. The 592 Sorrel Limonata, served cold or frozen, is our Guyanese twist on lemonade. For an aperitivo there is Aperol Spritz, Spritz Bianco and Campari Soda, plus beer, wine by the glass and mineral water.
Every drink can be added to a pizza or gelato order for pickup or delivery in Georgetown. Alcoholic drinks are for adults only.
